Product use: This machine is suitable for the grinding process of pure cotton and polyester-cotton fabrics.
main feature:
◆NF-988 type sanding machine is a planetary wheel multifunctional carbon fiber sanding machine, and the sanding rollers are carbon fiber and ceramic fiber sanding rollers. The sanding machine is equipped with protective doors and windows, which are completely sealed and the lint and dust are not leaked.
◆ Using a tension sensor, the running tension of the fabric has a preset and automatic feedback function, which truly realizes constant tension sanding.
◆ The power part adopts AC variable frequency synchronous drive, imported PLC controller, man-machine interface, dual-purpose touch screen control and button control. Frequency converters, contactors, buttons, circuit breakers use French Schneider or Japan's Mitsubishi.
◆ Motor drive part: The whole machine adopts synchronous belt drive, the reducer is SUPERLOR, a well-known foreign brand, and the main motor adopts Siemens.
